Nutritionist
Hi, I'm Ruby, a certified Nutritionist dedicated to guiding Strength Athletes towards not only optimal performance but a harmonious relationship with food and their bodies also.
My own journey is one of resilience, healing, and discovery, marked by overcoming chronic illness, navigating complex food relationships, and ultimately finding empowerment through proper Nutrition and Powerlifting.
A Bit more About Me

Journey Through Chronic Illness
Born with a Primary Immune Deficiency and Chronic Lung Disease, my early years were fraught with medical challenges, including misdiagnoses and frequent hospitalisations. However, a turning point came with the start of immunoglobulin infusions, which significantly improved my quality of life. Despite the physical limitations and the eventual realisation that my body required a different kind of care, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery and healing.
Transforming My Relationship with Food
For years, I battled a tumultuous relationship with food, influenced by societal pressures and diet culture. It was exploration into Powerlifting which forced me to actually start eating adequate amounts in order to make changes to my strength. In doing so I reshaped not only my body but my entire outlook on life.

A New Beginning
Under the mentorship of a strength coach, I embraced Powerlifting and a Nutrition plan that prioritised performance and well-being over aesthetics. This shift led to significant personal growth, both physically and mentally, and sparked a passion for helping others experience the same transformation.
Today
Now, as a practicing Nutritionist, I integrate my love for food, travel, and the joy of eating into a holistic approach to nutrition. My ethos centres on supporting performance, body positivity, and overall health of my Athletes.
I believe nutrition is a multifaceted journey towards satisfaction and self-acceptance. My mission is to empower you to find peace with food and embrace your body, while achieving your big goals in performance.
Warmly,
Ruby
